• Say to yourself in every moment as often as possible, out loud or in your head or in your heart, I know who I am, I know who I am, I know who I am. And no words need follow. 
• Feel into every particle of infinite creation in every corner of this universe and feel its alignment to playful innocence and feel the alignment to pure love and feel the alignment to you as powerful Creator.
