When I think of paradise, I think of nature, the ocean, mountains, lakes, rivers, dogs, horses, cats, animals of all kinds, white sand beaches, sunshine, beautiful music, sunsets, flowers, and being with people I love!
My ideal setting is a beautiful ranch in a warm sunny place with green pastures, lush plants, and glorious views where I frequently interact with happy animals, amazing people and together we have fun adventures and experience magical moments of joy, bliss and fun!
I always feel like I'm on vacation when I walk on the beach or through a field of beautiful green grass and wildflowers.
The music that takes me to paradise is the Create Your Paradise Now meditation.... I turn it on and I am immediately in paradise!

When I think of paradise, I think of gorgeous scenery, freely flowing days, rich conversation, deep connection, lots of exploration, exquisite food, sunshine, and an endless stream of delightful surprises!
My ideal setting is a fairly secluded beach with a variety of active adventures readily available where I frequently interact with my partner, close family and friends, and all sorts of lovely playmates divinely placed on my path.
I always feel like I'm on vacation when I walk barefoot outside, take a nap, enjoy outdoor dining, choose my outfit and jewelry deliberately (like I do when I'm traveling), or turn off my technology to be fully present in the moment.
The music that takes me to paradise is any kind of upbeat dance music, tranquil soundscapes, island rhythms, salsa or tango, and so much more!

When I think of paradise, I think of waking up on a Bali bed with my love in the middle of the South Pacific. The crystal clear water, the delicious food, an adult beverage, and music that connects my soul to the beautiful places I have seen in this life experience.
My ideal setting is easy morning wakeups where I frequently interact with the love of my life and frolic through the day and let inspiration guide us to the next journey and destination.
